On a privately owned wet mill in Sidamo a contribution from various shareholders creates the story of this bean which we like to call the sidamo collective. Some hundred smallholder farmers deliver small amounts of cherries daily- providing a variety of cherries extracted to deliver a floral clean unique bean.
